Group & Factory

Who we are, how we work with buyers, and how production and quality control are organised.

Shaanxi Shunchengtian Materials Co., Ltd. is an aluminium foil manufacturer and exporter based in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, supplying packaging, food, pharmaceutical, household, HVAC and industrial buyers in export markets.

What we actually do

Our work is to take a buyer's application and turn it into a specification that can be repeated: the alloy, temper, gauge, width, core, surface and packing that will run on your line — documented, so that the second order matches the first and the tenth matches the second. That sounds unglamorous, and it is the part buyers most often have to chase from other suppliers.

Sales and export office — Xi'an, Shaanxi

Commercial enquiries, technical discussion, quotations, order handling and export documentation are managed from our Xi'an office. Technical questions are answered by the people who can change the specification, not routed through a call centre, which is why we ask for the application rather than only the gauge from the first message. Our office address, email and telephone are on the contact page.

Production base

Rolling, annealing, foil rolling, slitting, lacquering and laminating are carried out under the process controls described in our supply chain. The ranges we quote from are:

  • Alloys 1050, 1060, 1100, 1235, 3003, 3004, 8011 and 8021
  • Tempers from soft O through H22 and H24 to hard H18
  • Gauge from 0.006 mm to 0.2 mm, width from 100 mm to 1500 mm
  • Mill finish, bright, smooth or embossed surfaces
  • Converting: lacquering, laminating, printing, slitting, interleaving and edge conditioning
  • Forms: jumbo roll, finished roll and cut sheet

If a specification you need sits outside these ranges, say so anyway — the answer may be a different alloy or a two-step process rather than a refusal.

Quality and documentation

Rolls are issued with a certificate of analysis covering the properties relevant to the application. Where your process or your market requires it, we agree the test method and the acceptance limits before the order is placed. Because the production steps are connected, a property can be traced back to the step that set it — which is what makes a corrective action possible when something does go wrong, rather than a conversation about whose fault it is.

How a new order usually runs

  1. You send the application, plus alloy, temper, gauge and width if you already know them.
  2. We confirm the specification, the compliance documentation for your destination market, and the packing.
  3. A sample roll or sheet is supplied for a trial on your line where the application justifies it.
  4. Order confirmed, production scheduled, inspection and the certificate of analysis issued.
  5. Export packing, shipping documents and container loading arranged against your delivery terms.
