OEM & Private Label

We produce household and food service foil under private label for retailers, distributors and food service groups. You control the brand, the pack count and the price point; we handle the material, printing, packing and shipping documents.

What we need from you

• Artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) or a print-ready file with dielines
• Roll width, length and pack count per carton
• Box type: colour box, printed shrink, plain carton or bulk
• Barcode, origin marking and any language requirements
• Target annual volume by size

Sampling process

1. Specification agreed and quoted
2. Pre-production sample of foil and print submitted for approval
3. Print proof signed off before the production run
4. Production, in-line inspection and loading photos
5. Documents issued before vessel departure

Lead times

Typically 25 to 35 days from approved artwork and deposit, depending on quantity and printing complexity. Repeat orders are generally faster because tooling and artwork are already approved.

Minimum volumes

Private label runs start from one 20 ft container equivalent per size, which keeps printing setup and packing costs sensible per unit.
