Incoming material
Every ingot and coil received is checked for alloy composition and surface condition. Chemical analysis is retained against the batch number so any later question can be traced back to source.
In-process control
Gauge, width, camber, surface cleanliness and mechanical properties are measured at defined intervals through rolling, annealing and slitting. Coils outside the control window are held before they reach packing.
Release testing
- Thickness profile across the full width
- Tensile strength and elongation
- Pinhole count for thin gauge and pharmaceutical foil
- Surface wetting tension for lamination and print grades
- Visual inspection under controlled lighting

What ships with your order
Mill test certificate, packing list, loading plan and photos, and any specific declaration your market requires. Certificates of origin and consular documents are arranged where applicable.
