Heat exchanger foil is used for the fins on air conditioning, refrigeration and automotive coils. We supply 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004 and 8011 alloy from 0.05 to 0.2 mm in tempers from O to H24.
The key controls are thickness tolerance, flatness and grain structure, because they decide fin height consistency and how the fin press runs. Hydrophilic coating can be applied for condensers.
