This is the foil substrate that tape manufacturers coat with adhesive and laminate to release liner. We supply 8011, 1235 and 1100 alloy from 0.015 to 0.05 mm, bright or one side matte.
The surface is degreased and free of rolling marks so the adhesive bonds evenly, and slit edges are clean to avoid web breaks on high-speed coating lines.
