8011 aluminium foil at 0.015 mm, slit to 450 mm, is supplied for household and catering rolls and for food wrapping. It sits in the middle of the household range: heavy enough to hold a wrap without tearing, light enough to stay economical on a retail roll.
The 8011 alloy is one of the grades most often used for household and food-service foil. At 0.015 mm the foil is supplied plain or embossed, and can be wound to the roll length and width a retail or catering programme needs, with or without a cutter box.
450 mm is the top of the usual household roll range, so this width suits catering rolls, food-service dispensers and the larger retail formats rather than a standard domestic box. Roll length and cutter box format can be matched to a programme that already exists. Typical uses include household and catering rolls, food wrapping and portioning, baking, and food service. The same gauge and width can also be supplied as interleaved sheets where a pop-up format is required.
Rolls are supplied eye to sky or eye to wall on wooden pallets with a moisture barrier wrap for sea freight. Minimum order quantity is 3 MT per size, and loading is from Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai.
